Mobile Bidding

We're excited to introduce mobile bidding to the silent auction portion of our event this year! Instead of writing down your bids on traditional paper bid sheets, mobile bidding allows you to bid electronically on silent auction items using your smartphone or tablet (iPad, Samsung, Windows, etc) You'll be able to easily track all your items from one place and know immediately if you've been outbid on any of your items.  

How does it work? 

You will receive a text message to your mobile device after you register at the event. The text message will include a link that will take you to the mobile bidding website. There is no app to download - you will simply access the mobile bidding site on your web browser. After you verify your identity, you'll be able to start shopping! 

What if I don't own a smart phone or don't want to use it? 

Our team of Bid Buddies will be available throughout the reception to bid on your behalf  - just look for the volunteers in white fedora hats or visit the info table at the event for more information.
